Digital Producer of gamification mobile site
To differentiate from other point services, we developed a point social media service incorporating gamification called "au okozukai" cooperating with one of the biggest mobile companies, KDDI, in Japan in 2008.
My Role

Analysed customer needs from the data, proposed popular game plans, and communicated with the production company to produce them.

Developed wire-framed mobile pages.

Event planning and site management to activate user access every day.

We exceeded 500,000 registrants within 4 months after we launched it. About a year after the service started, it exceeded 1 million users.

Created new production processes by analysing current workflow and coordinating customer orders based on material availability and production capacity.
Digital Producer of
e-commerce mobile site
The fashion doll called "Blythe"
e-commerce mobile site. Users were able to buy dolls and other goods, check the news, DL calendar and gif animation.
